Return Policy
The return request must be made exclusively by email by the customer within 14 days of receiving the item(s). The email must include the order number as well as the reasons for the return and must be sent to the following address: contact@awrah.shop
Once the email has been sent, you may return the item(s), even without a reply from us.
We accept returns of new, unworn items that have only been tried on over the customer's personal underwear.
The item must be returned in its original packaging and in its original condition, that is to say impeccable, unstained and unwashed.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility; the parcel must be returned via Mondial Relay to the following details:
